Combining Global Commerce Implementation Expertise with Salesforce-Based Business Design Capabilities in the Japanese Market to Expand Support in the Agentforce Commerce Domain

Kemana is pleased to announce that it has commenced a strategic business partnership in the Japanese market with Enmish Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and President: Gihei Kawahara; hereinafter “Enmish”), a company with strengths in consulting centered on Salesforce.

Through this partnership, Kemana’s global commerce implementation expertise, including Salesforce Agentforce Commerce, will be combined with Enmish’s upstream planning and execution capabilities in the Japanese market centered on Agentforce Marketing, fundamentally strengthening the ability to respond to increasingly complex digital commerce requirements.

In Japan, Kemana has also entered into a business partnership agreement with ACROVE Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and President: Shunsuke Arai), and will provide services through “Kemana TOKYO,” a joint business base established on March 1, 2026, for the Japanese market.

Background and Purpose

In recent years, the customer experience expected of companies has advanced beyond customer acquisition and CRM initiatives to a stage where purchasing experiences, ordering and payment processes, localization, and after-sales support must be designed and operated as one integrated whole.
