BACKGROUND
Lincraft is a retail chain in Australia that specializes in the sale of homewares, including crafts, materials, and patterns. Lincraft was established in 2005 and owned by John Maguire and Brian Swersky. Today it has 69 locations around Australia and New Zealand.
The business prides itself in valuing the ever-changing and evolving world of craft, sending our most passionate buyers to the ends of the earth to the world’s major craft, yarn and fabric fairs, with strict instructions to source the latest in fashion and creative ideas and return with fresh inspirations.
BRIEF
Lincraft sought Kemana for their expertise and support in maintaining, enhancing, and providing an omnichannel experience for users. Lincraft aimed to leverage Kemana’s services to optimize and elevate the overall user experience across various channels. The collaboration aimed not only at maintaining the existing systems but also at implementing enhancements to ensure a seamless and cohesive omnichannel journey for Lincraft’s users.
GOALS
The goal of this project is to elevate and enrich the user experience on Lincraft’s Shopify Store. By implementing strategic enhancements and user-centric features, the goal is not only to attract new customers but, more importantly, to foster enduring customer loyalty. This dedicated effort is designed to create a seamless and enjoyable shopping journey, leaving a lasting positive impression on users. Consequently, as a direct result of these user-focused initiatives, the anticipated outcome includes a substantial upswing in the company’s sales, solidifying Lincraft’s position as a leader in customer satisfaction and market success.
Creating the Experience
Kemana provided integrations with Algolia an on-site search engine to help Lincraft maximize the speed of search and discovery. In addition, our team also integrated payment gateways, developed Loyalty points feature, gold membership features, product purchase QTY limitations and enhanced the DotDogital connection.
The Results
Lincraft site improvements gave the customer a seamless shopping journey and the best omnichannel experience. The conversion rates, revenue, and site page view massively increased after the enhancement done by our team.
