BRIEF
JD Sports Philippines engaged Kemana to develop a new Shopify Plus store based on designs and requirements provided by the JD Sports Principle team.
Kemana’s role focused solely on development execution, ensuring the site met brand standards, functional requirements, and launch timelines ahead of a key sales event.

Although the project was budgeted as a fixed-cost engagement, it was executed in an Agile format, relying heavily on client-led QA and sprint-based testing.
Performance Expectations
The client required high performance standards. However, extensive use of Shopify apps and custom applications impacted page rendering speed, particularly for video-heavy content.
Shopify Customization Limitations
Several required features were limited by Shopify app constraints, including social login, custom data fields, and advanced order tracking functionality
