BACKGROUND
Nokia Corporation is the world’s largest manufacturer of mobile phones, serving customers in 130 countries. Nokia is divided into four business groups: Mobile Phones, Multimedia, Enterprise Solutions, and Networks. The Mobile Phones group markets wireless voice and data products in consumer and corporate markets.
BRIEF
HMD Global Indonesia’s overall strategy and the main objective of this project is to achieve a Minimum Value Proposition for HMD Global Ecommerce’s digital online strategy and create a foundation for the core online systems. In addition, Kemana helped HMD by providing the infrastructure for hosting in GCP.
GOALS
We aim to develop the Nokia’s Ecommerce site with accelerator Package B. A Magento 2.3 Open Source Platform and keep the website stable while meeting clients’ expectations on the site’s usability, functionality, third party enabler integration, user-friendly backend management system and hosting system management.

Kemana has to keep the website stable while meeting clients’ expectations on the site’s usability, functionality, third-party enabler integration, user-friendly backend management system, and hosting system management.
Solutions
Kemana built the website on Magento with features such as Marketing and Conversion Tools, site management, Catalogue management & catalog browsing, and so much more. Our team also provided the speed optimization to match the google page speed insights. And in addition, Kemana develops one additional site for Nokia.
The Results
Both Kemana and HMD Global Indonesia achieve a Minimum Value Proposition for HMD Global Ecommerce’s digital online, launching both websites. Ecommerce and retail instore website for Nokia.
