Kemana Launches Omni Channel Service Solutions

Kemana has announced the launch of it’s Omni Channel Service Solutions, seamlessly integrating Offline and Online Retail customer experiences. The Omni Channel solutions packages include Order Online and Pick Up In Store (often known as Click & Collect), Ship From Store and Ship From Multi Distribution Points.

Omni Channel is quickly becoming an important part of every Retailer’s ecosystem. A study by Forrester Research found that in 2014 over 54% of offline purchases from top retailers in the US were web influenced. That means customers either went to a retailer’s online store to view products and pricing and/or received an email newsletter promotion or social media feeds, for example, and then went to the physical store to purchase their items. Understanding this growing need Kemana has invested in it’s related technology solutions capability, client change impact training and delivery models.
