Erajaya is the largest and leading lifestyle and smartphone retailer in Indonesia. Erajaya is also acknowledged as the largest and most trusted companies in its business in Indonesia.


Erajaya collaborated with Kemana to establish an Ecommerce platform for their three major brands – Erafone, iBox, and Urban Republic – under the umbrella brand of Eraspace. This project involved creating a completely new platform from the ground up, with a personalized user experience and interface. Our team worked in unison to ensure that the company’s Ecommerce platform offered the most optimal user experience for retail customers.


The goal of this project is to offer customers an omnichannel Ecommerce platform that allows them to access multiple stores within the Eraspace site. Each store will feature unique designs, products, and promotional mechanisms. Additionally, each brand will be integrated with an ERP system to ensure real-time updates on stock availability, payment and shipping options, and pre-orders for convenient click-and-collect purchases.


One of the challenges faced by our team was to integrate a single ERP system that would allow customers to view product options across all 3 brands (Erafone, iBox, and Urban Republic), while also enabling a shared shopping cart across the brands. It was also required that the iBox shopping cart should display only APPLE products. Additionally, we needed to implement a flash sale feature that would provide time-based promotions for specific brands to their customers.


Our solution involved creating a seamless end-to-end integration with the client’s ERP system. We developed a single cart system for Eraspace, which allowed shared products between Erafone and Urban Republic while ensuring that iBox displayed only APPLE products. In addition, we developed a flash sale feature that promoted specific products with time-based functionality.


To guarantee that customers can make informed purchase decisions, our team created a comprehensive and unambiguous product description, ensuring accurate and detailed product availability. We further improved the customer experience by introducing a hassle-free checkout process. Moreover, we revamped the website navigation to be user-friendly, simplifying product search through intuitive categories and filters.


As a result of the website improvements, we have observed a significant increase in website traffic and sales. Customers are more satisfied and trusting of the website, leading to a higher conversion rate and increased average order value. Additionally, the positive feedback from satisfied customers has resulted in word-of-mouth marketing, further boosting sales and customer satisfaction.
