Asia’s #1 Waterpark Launches Booking Site
Waterbom, Asia’s number one waterpark, has launched its new Booking site using Magento technology. The Kemana team worked closely with Waterbom to achieve an experience for ticket reservation set to be a benchmark for the region.
The project involved designing the experience around a wide range of customer scenarios and customer journeys. The system built required global booking capabilities and integrations with a number of booking engines and travel industry partners. We also had to implement multiple payment channels, languages and marketing tools.
